- PTO - WorkCare is committed to employees having a work/life balance. WorkCare combines time off for vacation, personal needs, and short-term illness or injury in a common bank known as Paid Time Off (PTO).
- WorkCare offers a variety of additional insurance options including pet, accident, hospital indemnity and critical illness, as well as a legal plan which provides access to a highly qualified network of attorneys for everyday personal legal matters.

- 401K - WorkCare will match 20% of the first 6% of pre-tax contributions made.
- FSA - You can set aside funds with pre-taxed dollars to pay for eligible expenses.
- HSA - A Health Savings Account (HSA) is an employee-owned, tax-advantaged savings and investment account that can be used to pay for health care expenses, both now and after retirement.

- HRA - A Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) allows employers to contribute funds for employees to pay for certain medical expenses that are not covered by another source.
- Life Insurance - WorkCare provides Life and AD&D insurance that pays a lump sum benefit to your beneficiary.
- Long-term disability - You can enroll in Voluntary LTD which provides a monthly income of 60% of your pre-disability earnings up to a maximum benefit of $5,000 per month.

- Education Assistance - All WorkCare clinical employees are encouraged to develop professionally through participation in occupational health and case management-related educational opportunities and in professional organization memberships.
- Continuous Skills Development – WorkCare’s Learning Management System, Litmos, helps employees reach their career goals and provides the training and tools they need to succeed in their current roles.

- Tuition Reimbursement - WorkCare supports self-development and educational efforts by providing monetary assistance for many of the expenses associated with continuing education.
