Life at WorkCare

Protecting and Promoting Employee Health…from hire to retire. Work Matters. Health Counts. Prevention Saves.

The WorkCare leadership team refined our core values in early 2021 with input from their team members. These are the three key elements of the WorkCare Way:

Diversity and Inclusion

WorkCare fosters a diverse, inclusive workplace. We are committed to retaining top talent from all walks of life. We believe diverse perspectives stimulate creativity, encourage collaboration, and serve the best interests of our clients, every member of our team and our company.

WorkCare History

WorkCare History

WorkCare was founded in 1984 by Dr. Peter P. Greaney. The company started out as a consulting firm with the goal to help employers address employee health management challenges and meet regulatory requirements. In 1998, an engineering firm asked WorkCare for assistance with managing work-related injuries. We responded by developing our Incident Intervention 24/7 telehealth triage program. WorkCare now manages more than 100,000 exams, travel consultations and other occupational health-related transactions a year.

WorkCare Gives Back To The Community

In support of our mission, WorkCare is pleased to sponsor events and contribute to organizations that support occupational health and safety initiatives, higher education for EH&S professionals and programs for at-risk youth.
