WorkCare fosters a diverse, inclusive workplace. We are committed to retaining top talent from all walks of life. We believe diverse perspectives stimulate creativity, encourage collaboration, and serve the best interests of our clients, every member of our team and our company.
WorkCare History
WorkCare was founded in 1984 by Dr. Peter P. Greaney. The company started out as a consulting firm with the goal to help employers address employee health management challenges and meet regulatory requirements. In 1998, an engineering firm asked WorkCare for assistance with managing work-related injuries. We responded by developing our Incident Intervention 24/7 telehealth triage program. WorkCare now manages more than 100,000 exams, travel consultations and other occupational health-related transactions a year.
